SHIP CHARTERING EXECUTIVE

-Negotiate and conclude charter party agreements with shipowners and charterers.

-Manage and administer charter parties throughout the fixture, including delivery, redelivery, hire settlement, bunkers, and demurrage/despatch.

-Coordinate with owners, charterers, brokers, agents, and vessel masters to ensure smooth operational and contractual performance.

-Prepare, review, and verify operational and commercial documents, including Statements of Account, laytime calculations, bunker ROB statements, and hire invoices.

-Handle operational issues and commercial claims, liaising with P&I Clubs, surveyors, and legal advisers when required.

-Provide commercial analysis and market updates to management, including freight levels, vessel availability, and chartering opportunities.
