Our client, a leading US alcohol business with a strong international footprint, is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to oversee the Travel Retail business unit. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded finance professional who can partner closely with sales and commercial teams to drive performance, profitability, and strategic decision-making.
You will take ownership of financial planning, reporting, and commercial analysis for the Travel Retail channel, supporting business growth across key markets and customer segments. This role requires strong business partnering capabilities, a sharp commercial mindset, and the ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the Travel Retail business unit.
Partner with commercial, sales, and regional stakeholders to evaluate business performance and support decision-making.
Analyse revenue, margin, promotions, pricing, and channel profitability.
Provide robust commercial insights to support business reviews, investment cases, and growth initiatives.
Monitor key KPIs and identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with internal financial controls and governance requirements.
Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Ideally CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
At least 8-10 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering within FMCG, beverages, luxury, consumer goods, or travel retail.
Proven ability to work with commercial teams and influence stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound business judgment.
Confident communicator with the ability to present financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
