Job Scope:
1. SharePoint Support: Supporting and maintaining SharePoint Online and On-Prem environments.
2. Incident Management: Handling incidents, change requests, and service requests.
3. Configuration and Management: Configuring new sites, managing access and permissions.
4. Migration and Deployment: Performing migrations using ShareGate and deploying custom features.
5. Training and Documentation: Providing training, documentation, and user guides.
6. User Support: Providing day-to-day user support, troubleshooting, and resolving access issues.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree: In an IT-related field.
Certifications
1. Microsoft Certifications: MS-900, MS-102, PL-100, SC-300.
2. ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD (advantage).
Experience
1. Less Experience Required: Fewer years of experience required, but strong technical skills are essential.
2. SharePoint Knowledge: Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture and functionality.
Technical Skills
1. SharePoint: Strong understanding of SharePoint Online and On-Prem.
2. Microsoft Power Platform: Proficient in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
3. Scripting and APIs: Knowledge of PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph API, and SPFx.
4. Security and Governance: Understanding of governance and security best practices.
Software Knowledge
1. SharePoint Versions: SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online (M365).
2. Microsoft Tools: MS Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps.
3. Development Tools: Visual Studio 2022, SharePoint Designer, AvePoint Office Connect.
