IT Technical Support Engineer (Laptop)
- Provide customer support requests and queries
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems
- Providing technical assistance for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Support on new product certifications and renewals
- Provide support on company's Warranty Entitlement and Claim system
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, I.T., engineering or equivalent
- Min 3 years of related experience and proficiency in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues.
Salary: $4,200
