Are you an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Technical Consultant / Solution Architect looking for your next opportunity in Singapore

We are hiring 2 ServiceNow professionals to join a Centre of Excellence Team supporting SportSG.

Work Location: SportSG, 3 Stadium Drive, Singapore

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Engagement: 6 + 6 Months

Eligibility: Singapore Citizen / Singapore PR only

Open Positions

1 Senior ServiceNow Developer – 1 Position

Up to SGD 8,500/month (All-Inclusive)

Experience: 7+ years

Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture, solution design and development is required.

2 Junior ServiceNow Developer – 1 Position

Up to SGD 7,000/month (All-Inclusive)

Experience: 4+ years

Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow architecture and solutions aligned with business requirements

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows and integrations

• Work extensively with App Engine Enterprise, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts and UI Policies

• Implement and support ITSM – Incident, Problem, Change & Request Management

• Experience with HRSD, CSM and Now Assist is highly valued

• Manage ServiceNow upgrades, clone-backs, patches and instance health

• Configure and maintain CMDB and ServiceNow database structures

• Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshoot complex platform issues

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM / ITOM / HRSD or related

ITIL v4 Foundation
