About the Role
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a growing team in Singapore. If you're passionate about building scalable solutions and working on cutting-edge ServiceNow implementations, this role is for you.
You'll play a key role in designing and developing solutions, particularly in Customer Service Management (CSM) or App Engine (Custom Applications), while collaborating with global clients in an Agile environment.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform
- Configure and customize modules like CSM and App Engine
- Write and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Build and manage REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems
- Support testing, UAT, and production deployments
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and client stakeholders
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, etc.)
What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in at least one:
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- App Engine / Custom App Development
- Proficiency in:
- JavaScript
- ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions)
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and workflow automation
Good to Have
- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CSM/App Engine)
- Experience in IT services or consulting environments
- Exposure to ITSM / ITOM modules
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
