Hiring: Senior ServiceNow Developer | Singapore

Location: Singapore

Experience: 4–8 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a growing team in Singapore. If you're passionate about building scalable solutions and working on cutting-edge ServiceNow implementations, this role is for you.

You'll play a key role in designing and developing solutions, particularly in Customer Service Management (CSM) or App Engine (Custom Applications), while collaborating with global clients in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform
  • Configure and customize modules like CSM and App Engine
  • Write and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Build and manage REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems
  • Support testing, UAT, and production deployments
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and client stakeholders
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, etc.)

What We're Looking For

  • 4–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Strong expertise in at least one:
  • Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • App Engine / Custom App Development
  • Proficiency in:
  • JavaScript
  • ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions)
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and workflow automation

Good to Have

  • ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CSM/App Engine)
  • Experience in IT services or consulting environments
  • Exposure to ITSM / ITOM modules
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
