Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional with strong experience in IT Operations and Asset Management to support and enhance enterprise service management capabilities. The role involves working across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, EAM, and FSM modules to ensure efficient service delivery, asset lifecycle optimization, and operational stability.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Service Management (ITSM)

  • Support and enhance ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Configuration Management (CMDB)
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and continuous improvement of CMDB
  • Collaborate with teams to streamline service workflows and improve service delivery

2. IT Operations Management (ITOM)

  • Manage and support ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management
  • Ensure accurate infrastructure visibility and service mapping
  • Monitor events and automate incident creation and resolution workflows

3. IT Asset Management (ITAM)

  • Manage lifecycle of hardware and software assets
  • Track asset inventory, licensing, compliance, and usage
  • Implement best practices for asset governance and reporting

4. Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

  • Enhance asset portfolio management capabilities
  • Support RFID implementation and asset tracking solutions
  • Drive lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and workflow automation
  • Optimize asset utilization and operational efficiency

5. Field Service Management (FSM)

  • Support field service operations including agent scheduling and dispatch
  • Track task execution and ensure timely service delivery
  • Improve field service workflows and operational visibility

6. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Gather and analyze business requirements
  • Translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance

Required Skills & Experience

  • Total Experience: 7+ years in IT
  • ServiceNow Experience: Up to 4 years (hands-on across multiple modules preferred)
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, EAM, and FSM modules
  • Experience with CMDB management and data modeling
  • Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
  • Experience in asset lifecycle and maintenance processes
  • Familiarity with workflow automation and integrations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS – ITSM/ITOM/ITAM preferred)
  • Experience with RFID or advanced asset tracking technologies
  • Exposure to cloud environments and infrastructure monitoring tools
