About the Role
Join the dynamic team and work alongside experienced ServiceNow consultants to design, implement, and optimize solutions that streamline IT operations. As a ServiceNow Consultant, you'll play a critical role in leveraging the ServiceNow platform to help organizations enhance visibility, improve efficiency, and modernize their IT services.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on ITOM best practices.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical and functional requirements.
- Build and maintain workflows, forms, scripts, UI components, and reports in ServiceNow.
- Assist in configuring modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM to support core service management processes.
- Support data migration efforts and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize platform data and monitor KPIs.
- Assist senior consultants in preparing technical documentation and solutions architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, with at least 1-2 years focused on ITOM modules.
- Strong understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Experience in configuring core ServiceNow components (business rules, client scripts, UI actions, workflows, etc.).
- Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems is an advantage.
