Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and customise ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, SecOps).
- Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using APIs, MID Servers, and other integration frameworks.
- Support platform upgrades, patches, enhancements, and maintain system stability.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards, performance analytics, and reporting.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects within expected timelines.
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and best practices for ServiceNow development.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM or ServiceNow SecOps (Vulnerability Response).
- Ability to design and implement scalable low-code/no-code architectures in enterprise environments.
- Experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics.
- Good to have ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS-VR, or other platform certifications).
