Role Summary
We are looking for aServiceNow Product Managerwho combines strong functional expertise with technical understanding to lead module implementations, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and product adoption across ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Module Expertise
- Lead implementation and enhancement of modules such as:
- IRM/ GRC
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
- Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
Solution Design
- Prepare:
- Functional Design Documents (FDD)
- Solution architecture diagrams
- Process flow diagrams
- Define configurations, workflows, SLAs, and reporting requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
- Conduct demos, UAT sessions, and product training.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and pre-sales solutioning.
Configuration Oversight
- Guide configuration of:
- Catalog items
- Case management
- SLAs
- Notifications
- Reports & dashboards
- Validate technical build against functional requirements.
Governance & Adoption
- Define product roadmap and enhancement strategy.
- Establish KPIs and governance metrics.
- Drive adoption and process standardization.
Required Skills
Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Experience implementing at least 2 major ServiceNow modules.
- Process re-engineering and consulting experience.
Technical Understanding
- Working knowledge of:
- Platform configuration
- Flow Designer
- Reporting
- Basic scripting concepts
- Ability to review technical designs.
Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
- Documentation and solution articulation.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow CSA
- Certified Implementation Specialist (IRM)
- ITIL v4 Foundation
Experience
- 10+ years overall IT experience.
- 5+ years ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Experience in client-facing consulting roles.

- Experience implementing at least 2 major ServiceNow modules.
