Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced L3 ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM implementation, platform customization and integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Customize and enhance core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Develop platform components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows, and ACLs.
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP web services and web technologies.
- Support automation and orchestration processes and provide technical troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ITSM modules and ServiceNow scripting
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
- Experience with system integrations and automation
- Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, and ITIL processes
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- CSA and CAD certifications are mandatory
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work rotational/night shifts
