Job Description
We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions within enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM or SecOps (Vulnerability Response) and strong knowledge of low-code/no-code platform development.

- ServiceNow Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Vulnerability Response
- Proven experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM or ServiceNow SecOps(Vulnerability Response) modules.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting,configuration, and customization.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable and robust architectures on low-code/no-code platforms within complex enterprise setups.
- Preferably certified in low-code/no-code ServiceNow Platform solutions.
Good-to-Have Skills (Optional)
- Completed ServiceNow IT Service Management Fundamentals training.
- Completed ServiceNow Security Operations Fundamentals training.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs or MID Servers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM,SecOps).
- Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, business rules, and UI policies to automate processes.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools.
- Support upgrades, patches, and enhancements to the ServiceNow platform.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and resolve defects efficiently.
- Document development processes and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
