We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions within enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM or SecOps (Vulnerability Response) and strong knowledge of low-code/no-code platform development.

Top 3 Must-Have / Primary Skills

  • ServiceNow Certifications:
    • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Vulnerability Response
  • Proven experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM or ServiceNow SecOps(Vulnerability Response) modules.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting,configuration, and customization.
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable and robust architectures on low-code/no-code platforms within complex enterprise setups.
  • Preferably certified in low-code/no-code ServiceNow Platform solutions.

Good-to-Have Skills (Optional)

  • Completed ServiceNow IT Service Management Fundamentals training.
  • Completed ServiceNow Security Operations Fundamentals training.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs or MID Servers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM,SecOps).
  • Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, business rules, and UI policies to automate processes.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools.
  • Support upgrades, patches, and enhancements to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and resolve defects efficiently.
  • Document development processes and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices for ServiceNow implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
