. We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Singapore.
. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) applications and working with the ServiceNow App Engine.
. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects that support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
. Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM).
. Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and integrations based on business requirements.
. Utilize ServiceNow App Engine to build, extend, and deploy custom applications.
. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
. Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for ServiceNow applications.
Required Qualifications
. 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow CSM applications.
. Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine.
. Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and server/client-side scripting.
. Familiarity with ServiceNow development best practices.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent certification.
. Experience working with REST/SOAP integrations. Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
