We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, ITSM, CMDB, integrations and workflow automation. The ideal candidate should have experience building and supporting scalable ServiceNow solutions and integrating the platform with enterprise systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ITSM and CMDB.
• Experience with Service Graph Connectors, Discovery and ACC.
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Catalog Items, Flows, Subflows and Actions.
• Hands-on experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development.
• Exposure to HRSD, Virtual Agent, AWA and SAM is preferred.
• Experience with Intune, Jamf, AWS and Active Directory integrations would be an advantage.
• ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop Catalog Items, Flows, Subflows and Actions using Flow Designer.
• Implement and support ITSM and CMDB solutions.
• Configure and manage Service Graph Connectors, Discovery and Agent Client Collector (ACC) for CMDB population.
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations with external systems.
• Configure and customize Virtual Agent, including Topics, Topic Blocks and Flows.
• Work with Advanced Work Assignment (AWA) and Walk-Up Experience.
• Support Incident Management, Service Requests, Reports and Inbound Actions.
• Configure CMDB 360, Data Manager and related CMDB capabilities to improve data quality and governance.
• Support integrations with platforms such as Intune, Jamf, AWS and Active Directory.
• Contribute to Software Asset Management (SAM) and SAM Normalization activities.
