ServiceNow Architect

Job Description:

• Architect and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions tailored to financial industry requirements.
• Lead platform design for ITAM, ITOM, and Certificate Management modules.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data governance, and cybersecurity policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee integration with CMDB, identity management, and other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Define and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow platform upgrade, enhancements and financial technology trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Proven experience in financial services or banking environments.
• Expertise in ITAM, ITOM, and Certificate Lifecycle Management.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS, CAD) strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and integration APIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
