Responsibilities
- Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of commercial kitchen equipment to ensure operational efficiency
- Diagnose technical problems accurately and determine effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Deliver customer training on product usage and maintenance to enhance user knowledge and equipment longevity
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing outstanding service and support
- Produce detailed service reports documenting work performed and technical findings
- Work effectively in a hot, fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Follow up on service issues independently to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
