Service Technician (Medical/Dental Equipment)

• Position : Service Technician (Medical/Dental Equipment)

• Location : Ang Mo Kio / Client-Site

• Working hours : Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 Basic + Quarterly Commission + Standby Allowances + AWS + 10 Days Leave

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Dental Supply

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning & in-service training of dental equipment

• Perform scheduled corrective and preventive maintenance

• Conduct pre-installation site survey for new/existing clinic

• Provide technical advice to customer professionally

• Daily team discussion & prepare necessary paperwork

• Submit daily report & update filed service job status to Service Manager

• Any other ad hoc job-related tasks

Requirements:

• Nitec, Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.

• Able to read and understand installation manuals, schematic drawings and circuit diagrams.

• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers during servicing, training and technical support.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems is an advantage.

• Valid Class 3 driving license required for travel to client sites and transportation of tools/equipment where needed.
