Position Summary:

Work as a member of the Technical Service Team, responsible in delivery, installation, test and commissioning of IoTs sensors, digital displays and related hardware.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participating in project delivery which includes onsite survey, hardware configuration & installation, test & commissioning and after-sales technical support
2. Provide onsite technical support as well as troubleshooting with issues related to IoTs devices such as sensors, tablet and digital display devices on an ad-hoc basis
3. Working along and supervising external contractors/installers during project installations and upgrades
4. Pre-test and preparation of IoTs devices prior to delivery and to ensure that all technical and hardware documentation are updated on a timely basis
5. Respond to support tickets and working with internal team to ensure a timely closure of technical support request
6. Continuous improvement and training to stay current with advancements in IoTs,

Skills Requirements

- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese

- NTEC OR Professional training certificate in related discipline

- Familiar with Android/iOS fundamentals will be an advantage

- Familiar with Microsoft Office

- 12 months of relevant work experience as an electrician, installer or hardware delivery environment.

- Fresh applicants may apply for the trainee position

- Attention to detail, with good customer service attitude is essential

- Class 3 driving license (company vehicle provided) /OR have own transportation

- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools
