Job Description

Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and repair of building facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Monitor and maintain building utilities, lighting, and safety systems to ensure smooth operations.
Respond to facility-related service requests and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Assist in managing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Oversee contractors and vendors performing maintenance, repair, and renovation works.
Ensure compliance with building codes, workplace safety, and environmental regulations.
Support facility improvement projects and upgrades.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of spare parts.
Conduct routine checks to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety of common areas.
Provide emergency support for facility breakdowns and urgent repairs.
