Job Info:
- Basic up to $3500 Entitle AWS & VB
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hours)
- Location: Tuas (West Region)
Job Scope:
- Carry out regular inspections and scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems to reduce equipment downtime and maintain safety
- Operate and monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal system performance
- Inspect equipment such as forklifts and VNAs regularly, report any malfunctions, and coordinate repairs or replacements
- Adhere to all relevant safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain thorough records of all maintenance and repair activities
- Conduct safety inspections and participate in emergency preparedness drills
- Support general facility upkeep including minor carpentry, painting, and light construction tasks
- Work with external contractors for specialized repairs, upgrades, or installations
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
- Track and manage inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts
- Order and restock essential supplies to ensure maintenance tasks can be completed efficiently
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance tasks, equipment status, and repair history
- Prepare regular reports on facility conditions, completed work, and ongoing maintenance needs
