Service Technician/Engineer (Robotics)

Key responsibility:

• Operate and deploy robotic cleaning equipment at site locations
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic cleaning equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and sensor-related faults
• Conduct calibration, firmware updates, component replacement, and system checks
• Support testing, commissioning, and on-site performance verification of cleaning robots
• Maintain accurate service documentation, maintenance logs, and inspection reports
• Provide user training and basic technical guidance to customers and operations staff
• Collaborate with engineering and vendor support teams to escalate and resolve technical issues effectively

Requirements:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Mechatronics or related engineering fields
• Hands-on experience with automation, robotics, or cleaning equipment is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting skills and basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, manuals, and technical documents
• Preferably obtained class 3 driving license
