Position: Customer Services Executive (Logistics)

Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Location: Pasir Panjang

Basic Salary: S$2,800 - S$3,500

Jobs description:

• Provide customer service support through phone and emails.

• Prepare shipping documents and handle import/ export documentation.

• Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery

• Process invoices promptly and accurately

• Ensure import/ export operations run smoothly and comply with SOP

• In-house software training will be provided

Requirements:

• Preferably experience in shipping industry
