Provide the day-to-day retail and e-commerce operations support, e.g. pick & pack orders, stock management, product listing, display shelf management etc
Assess condition of items and write clear descriptions
Develop a good understanding on luxury fashion & advise our clients accordingly
Handle in-bound client enquiries via social media (Instagram, Email, WhatsApp etc.)
Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
Team player, willingness to learn, attention to detail, drive to constantly to improve oneself
Enjoy human interactions and build relationship with people
Interests in fashion & style
Experience in customer service, social media, photography, videography, content writing will be advantageous
5-day work week (40 hours/week). Must be able to work 1 weekend (Sat or Sun) each week. Our operational hours: 10AM-7PM. 4-day work week (32 hours/week arrangement can be discussed.
