Your new role
As a Service Sales & Administration Specialist, you will support and grow the organisation's service business from Singapore, with regional responsibility covering Asia countries.
This is a hybrid commercial and operational role, combining service sales, contract renewals, customer engagement, and service coordination. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, supporting service revenue growth while ensuring accurate administration, effective coordination, and high standards of data quality.
Working closely with internal sales, service, technical, and finance teams, you will manage the service process end to end - from customer enquiry and quotation through to order processing, invoicing, and follow‑up - helping to achieve service targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
