The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development, maintenance, and optimization of our PeopleSoft environment. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions, ensuring system stability and a high-quality user experience.

Core Technical Requirements

To be shortlisted, candidates must possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development and maintenance, including proficiency in:

• Development Tools: PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Application Package.

• Reporting & Data: SQR, PeopleSoft Query, SQL, and BI Publisher.

• Integration & UI: Component Interface, Integration Broker, Workflow, and Fluid Interface.

Preferred Skills

• Domain Expertise: Deep experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.

• Modern Web Tech: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for UI customization.

• System Lifecycle: Experience with PeopleTools upgrades and Oracle Database management.

• General Tools: Advanced use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, positive attitude.
