Job Responsibilities
Plan sales activities and set targets to help achieve the yearly sales goal.
Keep track of sales records and prepare monthly sales updates.
Share capital expenditure (CapEx) plans with clients when required.
Build strong relationships with existing clients and understand their needs and concerns.
Present solutions and proposals to clients and answer their questions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals.
Turn potential leads into sales by guiding clients through the buying process.
Continue supporting existing clients to maintain good long-term relationships.
Keep up with market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Work closely with other teams in the company to support sales efforts.
Follow company policies and sales procedures.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of lift and escalator products is preferred.
At least 4-5 years of work experience, preferably in project management or a related role.
