OVERVIEW
Our client, a Japanese manufacturer, is looking for a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive.
This position will focus on expanding business in the ASEAN market, covering both new business development and existing client management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new customers in the ASEAN region and introduce company products to untapped accounts.
- Conduct requirement gathering, technical coordination, and price negotiations with clients.
- Manage mass-production launch activities and coordinate specifications with suppliers and Japan-based engineering teams.
- Lead project management activities for new business opportunities.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers and act as the primary point of contact.
- Handle delivery coordination, PSI management, and sales performance monitoring.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industries such as marine repairs, marine machinery spare parts, warehousing & logistics, or ship owners/ship management companies.
- Proficient in English and Japanese (for internal/external communication).
- Strong teamwork mindset and ability to work in a multinational environment.
- Logical thinker with a positive, proactive work attitude.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to take on challenges and adapt to various business situations.

- Salary Range: SGD 3,200 - 5,000/month
