Key Skills Required:
Strong ServiceNow Development experience (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions)
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module implementation and customization
Experience developing applications using ServiceNow App Engine / App Engine Studio
Knowledge of Service Portal development (AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS, custom widgets)
Experience with REST / SOAP integrations, OAuth / SAML authentication, JSON / XML
Experience building automated workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
Nice to Have:
Experience with Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) or government digital transformation projects
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CSM Implementation Specialist
Experience with Agile development methodologies
