Service Now Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experiencedServiceNow Developerwith strong hands-on expertise inCSM (Customer Service Management), AppEngine, and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications usingAppEngine
• Implement and supportCSM modules and workflows
• Design and develop integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, third-party systems)
• Configure business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience inServiceNow Development
• Hands-on expertise inCSM
• Experience withAppEngine (Scoped Applications)
• Integration experience (REST/SOAP, Web Services, APIs)
• Good scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Glide API)
