Manage service team performing installation, testing & commissioning and maintenance of critical power equipment such as Modular UPS, Lithium Battery, Generators, Switchgears.
Coordinate installation, preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all site visits
Overseas and control team of Critical Power Engineers/Technicians
Serve as the point of contact for the client
Support the sales team by serving as the technical subject matter expert on critical power equipment and solutions
Create and modify installation and maintenance operational procedures for equipment
Assist with any Business Development as needed
Qualifications:
Experience with Power equipment within a rail built environment (Uninterruptable Power Supply, Generators, Switchgears, Batteries, etc.)
Extensive knowledge major brands of UPS systems
Previous experience managing or leading a big UPS field service team especially in MRT projects.
Requires excellent verbal, written communication skills & customer relation skills
Must be able to provide high level of quality customer service during/after testing & commissioning and after sales service period.
Requires extensive knowledge of equipment manufacturer's UPS specifications
Must be able to provide necessary pro-active aftersales recommendations to clients
Previous experience in the UPS (Modular/Static) experience with Electrical engineering background is a huge plus.
