Job Summary
Lead and manage a service team to install, test, commission, and maintain critical power equipment. Act as the technical expert and client liaison to ensure high-quality service delivery and support business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a service team to perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of critical power equipment including Modular UPS, Lithium Batteries, Generators, and Switchgears.
- Coordinate and schedule installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance site visits to ensure timely service delivery.
- Oversee and direct the Critical Power Engineers and Technicians team to maintain operational efficiency and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team on critical power equipment and solutions to facilitate informed client decisions.
- Develop, update, and implement installation and maintenance operational procedures to optimize equipment performance and safety.
- Support business development activities by providing technical insights and assisting as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience working with power equipment in rail built environments, including Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Generators, Switchgears, and Batteries.
- Extensive knowledge of major UPS system brands and manufacturer specifications.
- Proven leadership experience managing large UPS field service teams, particularly in MRT projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with excellent customer relations abilities.
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service during and after testing, commissioning, and sales service periods.
- Electrical engineering background with experience in Modular/Static UPS systems is a significant advantage.
- Capability to provide proactive aftersales recommendations to clients to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
