Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and service-oriented Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling daily operational duties, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers in a courteous and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Assist in daily outlet operations, including opening and closing duties
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the service area
Coordinate with kitchen/operations team to ensure smooth workflow
Handle cashiering and payment transactions (if required)
Adhere to company SOPs, and service standards
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service, F&B, or retail is an advantage
Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented and able to work well in a team
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Basic Chinese & English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
