CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE - CONSTRUCTION (Near Tiong Bahru MRT)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Sales Team

• Preparation of quotations, invoices & service memo to customers

• Handle general call enquiries

• Prepare & monitor progress claims & subcon payment

• Prepare & update project progress

Requirement:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, inside sales or relevant.

• Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking Customers
