Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

. Responsible for the service operation such as equipment start-up/commissioning, inspect, troubleshoot, repair &maintenance of equipment

. Standard range of equipment include compressors, filtration equipment, gas generation, natural gas dehydration and biogas machinery

. Coordinate with site teams, contractors and suppliers for job execution

. Monitor the field equipment's yearly spare requirement and follow up with clients on spare replacement and maintenance recommendation

. Assist in the achievement of aftermarket sales budget set by the management annually

. Manage products warranty administration

. Communicate with clients, factories and dealers relating to technical and service issues

. Support local clients mainly with some overseas travelling when necessary

. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

. Min GCE O level, Diploma in mechanical/ electrical engineering is preferred. ITE graduates with relevant experience in equipment maintenance are welcome to apply

. Preferably 1-3 years of relevant experience in service maintenance

. Experience involving mechanical/electrical troubleshooting

. Possess strong analytical/problem solving skills and good report writing skill

. Team player with good interpersonal and communication skill

. With dynamic personality to work in a fast environment

. Possess Class 3 driving license
