Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering responsive and high-quality service support.
- Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of scientific and analytical analyzer systems at customer sites.
- Provide technical training to end-users and distributors to ensure effective equipment usage and maintenance.
- Address and resolve service-related concerns by liaising directly with customers on issues involving instruments (Spectroscopy, Particle Size Analyzers, ICP systems, and XRF.)
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and regional technical teams to support customer needs and coordinate service delivery.
- Prepare quotations for service jobs and spare parts based on customer inquiries.
- Identify potential leads for preventive maintenance contracts during service visits.
Job requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in (Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Chemical Engineering) or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably 1-2 years of hands-on experience in servicing scientific or analytical instrumentation.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Capable of working independently with good planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, responsible, and adaptable to new challenges.
