JOB PURPOSE & DESCRIPTION
a) Provide day to day technical support, troubleshooting and repair of car park equipment.
b) Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic boards, CCTV, network issues.
c) Perform preventive maintenance, replacement of parts at car park sites.
d) Termination of different types of electrical, communication & fiber cables.
e) Resolve technical issues with customers, suppliers, vendors and contractors.
f) Install, test and commission car park systems.
g) Ordering and collection of parts for service jobs.
h) Documentation of service, maintenance and testing records.
i) Liaise with customers and provide end-user training.
j) Any other tasks as assigned by superior.
JOB HOLDER'S REQUIREMENT
a) Qualifications
i. Diploma / Degree in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
ii. Class 2B driving license with own motorcycle.
iii. Class 3 driving license optional.
iv. Background in car park system, CCTV, alarm system, access control system is a plus.
b) Experience/Skill/Knowledge/Competencies
i. Minimum 3 years of working experience in technical troubleshooting and maintenance of car park system, CCTV, alarm system or access control system.
ii. Candidate with more years of experience will be considered for senior position.
iii. Possess analytical, problem-solving with strong end to end troubleshooting skills and good inter-personal communication.
iv. Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency.
v. Mature, pro-active working attitude and team player.
vi. Able to work in the field independently with minimal supervision.
vii. Able to work rotating shifts and weekends.
