Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Service Engineer, where you will have the opportunity to directly impact customer satisfaction through expert technical support and equipment installation.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site installation and commissioning of equipment.
Provide technical training for operation, setup, and maintenance of equipment.
Troubleshoot issues related to semiconductor equipment.
Deliver after-sales technical support and field service.
Prepare quotations and coordinate sales and service activities.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers and assess their needs.
Recommend suitable equipment and effectively respond to customer inquiries.
Identify and promote potential sales leads for materials opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience servicing equipment in the semiconductor industry, particularly for pre-assembly processes.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment.
Resourceful and capable of working independently with integrity and motivation.
Willingness to travel as needed.
