Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Customer Support Specialist, where you'll engage directly with clients to deliver exceptional service and solutions in cutting-edge applications. Leverage your expertise in chemistry to drive successful installations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop an in-depth understanding of our product offerings to fulfill customer requirements effectively.
  2. Conduct experiments and design-of-experiments (DOEs) in the lab to showcase process capabilities to clients.
  3. Operate advanced analytical equipment under the guidance of senior technical staff.
  4. Oversee the start-up process for new chemical and equipment installations at customer locations.
  5. Investigate customer quality complaints to identify root causes and collaborate with the Quality team to implement corrective actions.
  6. Facilitate technical presentations and training sessions for customers technical personnel.
  7. Maintain and organize technical documentation, including Safety Data Sheets and Technical Data Sheets.
  8. Provide troubleshooting support to optimize process performance.
  9. Assist Account Managers by providing technical advice for commercial proposals.
  10. Keep thorough records of all service activities, including service visits.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  2. 2-5 years of experience in surface treatments, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor sectors.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
  4. Willingness to travel regularly within the region, including Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia
