Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for troubleshooting equipment failures
• Plan, schedule and perform predictive and corrective maintenance
• Ensure accurate and updated maintenance records.
• Provide maintenance report and conduct meeting
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures
• Track uptime, downtime, MTBF and MTTR of CDS
• Perform FMEAs and implement solutions
• Manage spare parts inventory and ordering
• Lead Shift Technicians in the timely completion of all required tasks
• Training of technicians/ customer personnel on equipment (i.e CDS and SDS) operation and maintenance
• Ensure high standard on safety and housekeeping and assist in such audits
• Generate reports and presentations on all related activities
• Lead startup, commissioning, installation of CDS, SDS and process systems
• Involved in improvement plan
• 24 hour standby for emergency activation or shutdown
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties when necessary.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering
• Min 2 years of experience in relevant industry
• Strong customer facing skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English to ensure clear communication with clients and team members
