Job Description
1. System installation, training and start up at customer sites
2. Repair and calibration of KIC instruments
3. On-site and off-site technical support for customers and distributors
4. Interact with customers end-user department on technical issues on hand
5. Share and report unsolved issues with colleagues for resolution
Requirements
1. Tertiary technical education in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
2. Prepared to perform hands-on tasks
3. Some knowledge of software application
4. Prepared to travel overseas for customer support
