Job Summary
Support the M&E Consultant by coordinating and supervising M&E installation works, monitoring project progress, and managing project hand-over to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise M&E installation works to ensure adherence to approved designs and specifications
- Monitor project implementation and progress to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Manage the hand-over process of completed projects to ensure smooth transition and compliance
- Collaborate with the M&E Consultant to plan and execute installation works effectively
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess Diploma or ITE Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years experience supervising building services projects
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience coordinating and supervising M&E installation works for office projects
- Experience managing projects involving Live building additions and alteration works
