Job Description

Carry out troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of chiller and HVAC systems.
Respond to customer enquiries and resolve technical issues at customer sites in a timely manner.
Provide technical support and guidance to service technicians and subcontractors during service and installation works.
Ensure service reports, maintenance records, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver quality service and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in servicing or maintaining chiller, HVAC, ACMV, or air-conditioning systems.
Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage.
