- Carry out troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of chiller and HVAC systems.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve technical issues at customer sites in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support and guidance to service technicians and subcontractors during service and installation works.
- Ensure service reports, maintenance records, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver quality service and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in servicing or maintaining chiller, HVAC, ACMV, or air-conditioning systems.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage.
