Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Provide technical, including after sales support to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of medical imaging equipment, including but not limited to CT, X-Ray, MRI.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues during equipment start-up and operation.
  • Researching, evaluating, and recommending upgrades and service contracts that will meet customer needs.
  • Developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future business.
  • Resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and/or train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased.
  • Handlecustomer enquiries during office and after office hours at customer site.
  • Attend to daily service requests, breakdowns, and service support to marketing.
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance for medical imaging equipment as part of scope of works under Maintenance contract.
  • Support Sales in organizing, preparing and standby for workshops, events and surgery procedures, seminars, exhibition.
  • Liaisewith Fujifilm Japan Service Department on advanced troubleshooting andtechnical escalations.
  • Study Engineering Change Notice as issued by HQ Service Division or from relevant Authority.
  • Implement Technical Service Recalls as issued by HQ Service Division or from relevant Authority.

Skills and Knowledge

Required:

  • ITE / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in engineering field.
  • Willingness to perform after-hours and on-call support

Preferred/Advantageous:

  • Hands-on work on Medical Imaging Equipment such as CT, X-Ray, MRI.
