Provide technical, including after sales support to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of medical imaging equipment, including but not limited to CT, X-Ray, MRI.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues during equipment start-up and operation.
Researching, evaluating, and recommending upgrades and service contracts that will meet customer needs.
Developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future business.
Resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and/or train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased.
Handlecustomer enquiries during office and after office hours at customer site.
Attend to daily service requests, breakdowns, and service support to marketing.
Perform Preventive Maintenance for medical imaging equipment as part of scope of works under Maintenance contract.
Support Sales in organizing, preparing and standby for workshops, events and surgery procedures, seminars, exhibition.
Liaisewith Fujifilm Japan Service Department on advanced troubleshooting andtechnical escalations.
Study Engineering Change Notice as issued by HQ Service Division or from relevant Authority.
Implement Technical Service Recalls as issued by HQ Service Division or from relevant Authority.
