Service Engineer

Location: Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Department: Sales / Service

We are looking for a hands-on Service Engineer to support customers in Singapore with the installation, servicing, troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial equipment and systems.

This is a post-sales, field-based role suited for someone who enjoys getting hands-on with equipment, diagnosing technical issues and working directly with customers to keep their systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical service and troubleshooting for customers across Singapore.
Carry out installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of industrial equipment and related systems.
Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical and control-related faults at customer sites.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
Attend to service issues and provide practical, timely solutions to customers.
Support equipment repairs, replacement of components and basic testing/calibration where required.
Work closely with the Sales and Application teams to resolve customer technical issues.
Provide feedback on recurring equipment issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Maintain proper service records, reports and documentation after site visits.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in service engineering, field service, maintenance, commissioning or industrial equipment.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, automation or control systems.
Comfortable working on-site and getting hands-on with equipment and machinery.
Able to understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams and equipment manuals.
Practical and resourceful approach to diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
Able to work independently at customer sites and communicate effectively with customers.

What We Offer

No shift work or regular standby duties.
