Service Engineer

2. Hiring Background

To accelerate channel expansion in [Singapore], we are seeking a Service Engineer to develop local distributors and drive sales growth.

3. Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Provide technical and after-sales service support to our customers.
• Attend to service requests and technical issues raised by customers and business partners.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair and maintenance of air-conditioning systems and home appliances.
• Identify root causes of product and technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support product installation, testing and commissioning where applicable.
• Provide technical advice and product guidance to customers and business partners.

Qualifications

1. Singapore citizen or PR; Fluent in Chinese and English
2. Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Thermodynamics, HVAC Engineering, Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning (RAC), Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
3. 2–5 years of relevant experience in air-conditioning, HVAC, home appliances or after-sales technical service.
