Job Description

Our client, a global leader in the HVAC industry, is currently seeking a highly engaged service technician, skilled in the mechanical field.

Responsibilities:

Travel to customer sites to perform repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of commercial and industrial dehumidification equipment
Diagnose and correct malfunctions on all equipment, ensuring efficient and reliable operation
Provide training to customers on standard equipment, helping them understand basic operations and maintenance procedures
Submit detailed field service reports, providing technical feedback on equipment performance and service activities
Communicate professionally with customers in a service-oriented manner, both in person and through writing and phone calls
Promote sales and service of the equipment during customer interactions, identifying potential opportunities for upgrades and additional services
Support emergency service calls and onsite visits outside normal working hours when required

Requirements:

NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC equipment maintenance and repair
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Expected to support emergency service calls and onsite visits outside normal working hours when required.
Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (added advantage)
Knowledge of BMS System and HVAC Control systems (preferred)
