We are looking for a highly engaged service technician, skilled in the mechanical field. We can offer you a broad and challenging role where you offer service and customer assistance during site visits.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer sites to perform repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of commercial and industrial dehumidification equipment.
- Diagnose and correct malfunctions on all equipment, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
- Provide training to customers on standard Munters equipment, helping them understand basic operations and maintenance procedures.
- Submit detailed field service reports, providing technical feedback on equipment performance and service activities.
- Communicate professionally with customers in a service-oriented manner, both in person and through writing and phone calls.
- Promote sales and service of Munters equipment during customer interactions, identifying potential opportunities for upgrades and additional services.
Required competencies and certifications
- NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC equipment maintenance and repair
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Expected to support emergency service calls and onsite visits outside normal working hours when required.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence would be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of BMS System and HVAC Control systems
