We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our team in Singapore. This role is suitable for both experienced candidates and fresh graduates who are keen to develop a career in test and measurement.

Structured training, technical guidance, and hands-on learning opportunities will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and calibrate test and measurement equipment
• Perform equipment testing and verification to ensure performance meets required specifications
• Provide technical support and service assistance to customers and channel partners
• Conduct on-site servicing and calibration at customer locations
• Support regional and overseas service assignments when required
• Manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) cases, including coordination, documentation, and follow-up
• Maintain proper service and calibration records
• Support spare parts inventory management and procurement activities
• Perform calibration activities in accordance with applicable procedures and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
• Work closely with internal Sales, Operations, and regional Service teams to resolve customer issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives relating to service quality, turnaround time, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of electronics, RF, wireless communications, or telecommunications is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with electronic or test and measurement equipment is advantageous but not essential
• Strong interest in troubleshooting and hands-on technical work
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willing to travel within the region and undertake overseas assignments occasionally
