Job Description
Job Description
- Prepare service maintenance schedule and ensure site operation
- Coordinate service schedule with team of technician
- Perform design and installation for ACMV (residential and commercial)
- Liaise with clients on site requirements and provide solutions
- Provide technical support when required for troubleshooting and design
Requirements
- Diploma, Degree or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
- Preferably 5 years or more of relevant ACMV/HVAC service, maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting ability and good understanding of mechanical, electrical and control systems.
- Able to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple service issues with minimal supervision
- Able to work under stress and adapt to site requirements
